1. Entertainment & Information Only

Luxury Box Sports is a sports analytics and information platform. Everything we publish — picks, prop grades, edge percentages, insights, AI chat responses, parlay analysis, DFS lineups, line movement alerts, and any other content — is provided strictly for entertainment and informational purposes.

We do not accept, place, broker, facilitate, or otherwise process wagers. Any decision to risk money on a sporting event is yours alone, made at your own risk, and subject to the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. No Guarantees of Outcome or Profit

Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Our AI models are probabilistic; they identify edges that historically have positive expected value, but no individual prediction, pick, or recommendation comes with a guarantee of success. Even our highest-grade "Luxury Box Pick" will lose regularly — that's how probability works.

Past performance, win rates, and ROI numbers reflect historical results and do not guarantee future results. Variance is real and brutal. Even the sharpest models go through extended losing stretches.

3. Do Your Own Research

Treat our content as one input among many — not as financial advice and not as a substitute for your own judgement. Read injury reports, watch line movement, factor in lineup changes and weather, and make decisions you can defend on their merits. The more skin you have in the game, the more rigorously you should stress-test what we publish.

4. Never Bet What You Can't Afford to Lose

Sports betting is a form of entertainment, not an investment vehicle and not a path to financial security. The expected long-run return for the average bettor is negativedue to the sportsbook's vig.

Set a strict bankroll (an amount of disposable income whose total loss would not change your life), use unit sizing discipline, and never chase losses by increasing bet size. Our bankroll tracker enforces this hygiene; please use it.

If betting is causing you stress, sleep loss, financial hardship, relationship friction, or you find yourself betting compulsively, stop and visit our Responsible Gambling page or call 1-800-GAMBLER (free, 24/7, confidential).

5. AI & Model Limitations

Our prediction engine and AI chat assistant are powered by statistical models and large language models. They can be wrong, hallucinate, or surface stale data — especially during fast-moving events (injuries, lineup changes, weather updates) or for niche/low-volume markets where sample sizes are small.

We disclose model methodology and historical performance in good faith on our The Philosophy and Track Record pages, but we cannot guarantee that any individual output is free of error.

6. Third-Party Data & Odds

Odds, lines, scores, and stats are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or stale. Always confirm the actual line at your sportsbook before placing a bet — we are not responsible for discrepancies between displayed odds and what you find in market.

7. Jurisdiction & Legality

Sports-betting legality varies by state, country, and locality. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws where you live. Use of the Service does not authorise or legalise gambling in jurisdictions where it is restricted.

8. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users 21 years of age or older. If you are under 21, do not use the Service.
